Easy Pull Ring Cap Bottle Capping
This Easy Pull Ring Cap Bottle Capping Machine is used for capping glass bottle with easy pull ring cap. It's widely used in beer factory.
This machine is equipped with the bottle inlet screw arbor and the bottle inlet & outlet dial wheel.
The bottle caps are automatically arranged into the cap sliding rail via cap unscrambler. With the rotary movement of the cylindrical cam and the spring cylinder device, complete the capping.
The height of the capping machine can be adjusted to adapt to different height bottles, and it is convenient to replace bottle type.
The whole machine is designed scientifically and reasonably, the appearance is good looking, the maintenance and repair is rather convenient, the wastage rate is quite low (≤0.2%).
It is the ideal equipment for mid-scale & small-scale beer factory.
