Main structure and performance of the screw capper:

1. Transmission system includes motor, spindle, cam, screw arbor;

2. Automatic cap feeding system includes unscrambler and cap sliding track;

3. Capping system is composed of thread knife, pressure spring, capping head, etc.

4. The main motor adopts stepless speed regulation.

5. Loss rate of cap and glass bottle: less than 0.1%.

6. Capping effect: Excellent sealing quality, thread clear and uniform, cap appearance without abrasion.
