Pulp Filling Part Main Features:

1)It used for filling all kinds of fruit pulp such as orange grain, pineapple dice, coconut dice, mango pulp, pomelo pulp etc.

2)Fruit pulp filling adopts measuring cup to measure and ensure pulp even.

3)It is made of high quality SUS304/316 stainless steel.

4)The machine adopts advanced photoelectricity to detect running status.

5)No bottle no filling.

Juice Filling Part Main Features:

1).304/316 Stainless steel high precision filling valves.

2).304/316 Stainless steel fine polish filling tank without death corner.  

3).Filling valves are reasonably structured, adopt high filling speed and mass flow rate valve which control liquid level accurately without loss.

4).Liquid level in filling tank is controlled via float-ball.

5).Adopt hot filling method, filling temperate is set at 85℃ to 90℃ with temperature detection device and circumfluence device.

6).Equipped with CIP circulation channels.

Capping Part of Pulp Juice Bottling Machine:

1. The capping machine includes capping head, cap unscrambler and cap tunnel.

2. The hopper is equipped with photoelectric switch to control the cap feeding automatically. 

3. Capping system is composed of thread knife, pressure spring, capping head, etc.

4. No bottle no capping. Automatic stop when lack of bottle.

5. Capping effect: Excellent sealing quality, thread clear and uniform, cap appearance without abrasion. 

6. Capping is stable and reliable, defective rate ≤0.2%
