1).304/316 Stainless steel fine polish filling tank without death corner.  

2).Specialize designed unique oil filling head with vacuum suction system guarantees no drop or leakage during production.

3).Liquid buffer element inside oil filling valves can eliminate the cutting affection and wallop between liquid and container, easy to eliminate the air bubble in material.

4).Piston barrel quantitative filling principle.

6).High accuracy of liquid level.

7).Overload clutch protection device is equipped at the bottle infeed & outfeed dial wheel to stop and alarm automatically in abnormal situations.

Bottle Capping Part:

1).The capping machine includes capping head, cap unscrambler, cap channel. 

2).The way of capping is continuous pressing.

3).Capping effect is stable and reliable, defective rate ≤0.2% .
